These Terms govern your use of aibrainbiz.com and the AI Brain Biz Bundle (the “Product”), offered by Maximum Velocity Partners, LLC, 3550 N. Lakeline Blvd., Ste. 170-1013, Leander, Texas 78641, USA (“we”, “us”).
1. The Product
The Product is a digital bundle of prompt libraries, workflows, templates, scripts, guides and training videos delivered through an online library. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly post the Product.
2. Price and payment
The Product costs $99 (USD), charged once. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
3. All sales are final
The Product is digital content delivered immediately after payment. All sales are final and no refunds are given, except where required by law. By completing checkout you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and that any statutory right to cancel, where one exists, ends once delivery has begun. See the Refund Policy.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. One person per account.
5. The promoter program
Participation in the referral program is optional, free, and governed by the separate Promoter Agreement. Buying the Product does not enroll you as a promoter, and enrolling as a promoter does not require buying the Product.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms or the Promoter Agreement. We will say why. You may appeal by contacting support within 30 days.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Product is provided “as is”. We do not promise any business or financial result from using it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we post them.
9. Governing law
Texas law governs these Terms. Venue is Williamson County, Texas.
