This Agreement is between you and Maximum Velocity Partners, LLC, 3550 N. Lakeline Blvd., Ste. 170-1013, Leander, Texas 78641, USA (“the Company”). By ticking the acceptance box you agree to it. You must accept it before you receive a referral link.
1. Enrollment is free
There is no fee to enroll and no purchase requirement. Nobody is paid for enrolling, for recruiting anyone, or for the size of their network.
2. Compensation
You earn a commission only when a customer completes a $99 purchase of the AI Brain Biz Bundle through the referral chain and the purchase is not refunded or charged back:

Commissions are created only when a $99 purchase completes, become payable after a 7-day hold, are paid weekly (minimum $25.00), and are reversed if the purchase is charged back. If fewer than five promoters sit above a sale, the unpaid amounts stay with the company. Commissions are paid only on completed product sales. Nobody is paid for joining, enrolling or recruiting. Network size does not predict income. See the Earnings Disclosure.
If fewer than five promoters sit above a sale, the unpaid amounts remain with the Company. A promoter whose account is suspended or inactive at the time of a sale does not earn on that sale; the amount stays with the Company and is not redistributed. The Company may change the plan for future sales by publishing a new plan version. Commissions already created are never changed by a later plan.
3. Timing, holds and reversals
Commissions are created as “pending” when a sale completes and become payable after a 7-day holding period if the sale has not been disputed. Payouts run weekly for every promoter whose payable balance is at least $25 and who has a payout method on file; balances below that carry forward. If a sale is reversed or charged back before payout, its commissions are cancelled or reversed. If it is charged back after payout, the amount is deducted from your future commissions.
4. Payment and tax
You must provide a valid payout method. US promoters paid $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099. You are responsible for your own taxes.
5. Your status
You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, partner or franchisee of the Company. You cannot bind the Company or speak on its behalf.
6. What you may not do
- Make income claims, earnings projections or lifestyle claims about this program, including “guaranteed income”, “passive income”, “get rich” or any specific dollar figure not published in the Earnings Disclosure.
- Present the program as a way to make money by recruiting, or suggest anyone should buy in order to earn.
- Buy through your own link or arrange purchases that are not genuine.
- Spam, use misleading advertising, or hide that your link is a referral link. Follow the Acceptable Marketing Policy and the FTC Endorsement Guides.
- Create multiple accounts or share accounts.
7. Earnings Disclosure
Read the Earnings Disclosure. It is computed from our actual records and updated automatically. Most promoters earn little or nothing.
8. Suspension and termination
Either party may end this Agreement at any time. The Company may suspend your promoter status for breach, fraud or chargeback patterns, and will record the reason. Suspension does not affect your customer account or your access to a Product you bought. Commissions already approved remain payable unless reversed under section 3.
9. Your place in the referral chain
Your sponsor (the promoter whose link brought you in) is recorded when you first purchase or enroll and is permanent. The Company may correct a placement only to fix an error, with a written reason kept on file.
10. General
Texas law governs. Venue is Williamson County, Texas. The Company may amend this Agreement for the future by publishing a new version; continuing to use your link after notice is acceptance.
