The AI Brain Biz Bundle is a digital product. You receive full access the moment your payment completes, and nothing is shipped or returned. For that reason we do not offer refunds, and this is stated before you buy: on the sales page, under the checkout button, and on the Stripe payment page.
If something is wrong
If any part of your library does not open or download, email support@aibrainbiz.com from the address on your account and we will fix it. Access problems are our responsibility and we resolve them.
Chargebacks
Filing a dispute with your card issuer for a purchase you authorized, instead of contacting us, is treated as a breach of the Terms. It results in loss of library access, reversal of any commissions the purchase generated, and closure of the account.
Where the law requires otherwise
If you live somewhere that grants a non-waivable right to a refund for digital content, that right is honored to the extent the law requires. Contact support@aibrainbiz.com.
