What we collect
- Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed).
- Purchase records: what you bought, when, the last four digits and card fingerprint supplied by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Referral records: which referral link brought you here, and your permanent position in the referral chain (who referred you).
- Promoter payout details, stored encrypted and decrypted only to pay you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, and first-party cookies used for sign-in and referral attribution (30 days).
How we use it
To deliver the Product, calculate and pay commissions, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
What other members can see
People above you in the referral chain can see your first name, join date, generation, whether you are a customer or promoter, and whether your promoter account is active. They cannot see your email, phone, address, payment details or purchase history.
Who we share with
Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and professional advisers under confidentiality. Authorities where the law requires.
Retention
Financial and commission records are retained for at least seven years as required for tax and audit purposes, even if you close your account. Referral-chain records are permanent for attribution purposes. Other data is deleted on request where the law allows.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@aibrainbiz.com. Residents of certain jurisdictions have additional rights, which we honor.
